Yes. Ordering a dedicated link to the Cloud PBX platform is not mandatory. We run a VoIP assessment as part of the qualification of your link for voice (we measure latency, jitter, and packet loss). However, we cannot guarantee top voice quality over wireless/satellite internet.

We recommend around 85KBPS for each concurrent audio call, and we rely on quality codec G711. For example, if you make six concurrent phone calls, you will need around 500KBPS (0,5MBPS). In addition, symmetric capacity is required as calls create two-way traffic.
